2. Qué está comprando

Una página de invitación para celular, hecha por nosotros para un evento, con nuestros diseños originales y con las funciones y límites del paquete que elija, tal como aparecen en la página del paquete al momento de la compra. Los precios son un solo pago por evento en dólares estadounidenses. Lo que no aparece en la lista no está incluido.

3. Límites de los paquetes

• **Esencial — $59 USD:** hasta 150 invitados, hasta 6 fotos, 50 MB de almacenamiento, grupos de hasta 6 personas por respuesta, sin recordatorios por correo, 1 revisión, en línea hasta 30 días después de la fecha del evento.
• **Plus — $119 USD:** hasta 300 invitados, hasta 120 hogares con su propio enlace de confirmación, hasta 20 fotos, 150 MB de almacenamiento, grupos de hasta 8 personas por respuesta, hasta 1 recordatorio por correo, 3 revisiones, en línea hasta 60 días después de la fecha del evento.
• **Premium — $179 USD:** hasta 400 invitados, hasta 160 hogares con su propio enlace de confirmación, hasta 40 fotos, 400 MB de almacenamiento, grupos de hasta 10 personas por respuesta, hasta 4 recordatorios por correo, 4 revisiones, en línea hasta 120 días después de la fecha del evento.

4. Sus responsabilidades

• Proporcionar datos correctos del evento y revisar la fecha, los horarios, las direcciones y los nombres antes de aprobar la invitación. Un dato que usted aprobó se corrige con una revisión.
• Escribir su texto personalizado en cada idioma que quiera mostrar. No traducimos su texto; los textos fijos (botones, títulos, fechas y el formulario de confirmación) cambian entre inglés y español automáticamente.
• Subir solo fotos que tenga derecho a usar, según la Declaración sobre fotos y consentimiento.
• Compartir el enlace de la invitación solo con sus invitados y mantener privado el enlace de organizador: cualquier persona que lo tenga puede ver su panel de confirmaciones.
• No usar el servicio para contenido ilegal, de odio o de acoso, ni para recopilar información de los invitados con fines publicitarios.

5. Tiempo de elaboración

Nuestros estimados actuales son de unos 3 días hábiles para Esencial, 4 para Plus y 5 para Premium, a partir de que envíe los datos completos del evento. Son estimados de planeación, no compromisos de entrega. Enviamos el enlace de la invitación y un enlace privado de organizador al correo de quien compra.

6. Revisiones

Una revisión es una ronda de cambios que solicita después de ver su invitación (textos, fotos, diseño, datos del evento o, con Premium, la pista de música). Esencial incluye 1, Plus 3 y Premium 4. Corregir un error nuestro no cuenta como revisión. Las revisiones no usadas terminan cuando termina el alojamiento.

7. Música (Premium)

Premium incluye una pista de nuestra biblioteca de música original. Usted recibe un permiso limitado e intransferible para que esa pista suene en sus páginas de invitación, reserva de fecha y agradecimiento mientras estén en línea. La pista se reproduce dentro de la página al tocarla, con un control visible para silenciarla, nunca suena sola y no tiene control de descarga. No puede extraer, redistribuir ni usar la pista por separado. No agregamos canciones comerciales ni audios que usted proporcione.

8. Alojamiento y vencimiento

Su invitación permanece en línea hasta 30 días (Esencial), 60 días (Plus) o 120 días (Premium) después de la fecha del evento, contados desde la fecha del evento sin importar cuándo publique. Después, las páginas dejan de estar en línea y sus datos se borran como se describe en el Aviso de privacidad. Procuramos mantener las invitaciones disponibles, pero no podemos prometer disponibilidad sin interrupciones.

9. Confirmaciones

Las confirmaciones se cierran en la fecha límite o al llegar al límite de invitados del paquete. El conteo refleja las respuestas que envían los invitados; no somos responsables de invitados que no respondan o respondan con datos incorrectos.

10. Pago y reembolsos

11. Línea de crédito

13. Suspensión

Podemos retirar una invitación que incumpla estos términos o que se use para acosar a otras personas. Cualquier reembolso sigue la Política de reembolsos.

1. Who we are

Invitani is the owner-selected brand for personalized invitations. The service is operated by [OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: legal business name], [OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: business contact address]. Contact: [OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: support email address].

2. What you are buying

A done-for-you mobile invitation page for one event, built from our original designs, with the features and limits of the package you choose as listed on the package page at the time of purchase. Prices are one-time payments per event in US dollars. Anything not listed is not included.

3. Package limits

• **Essential — $59 USD:** up to 150 guests, up to 6 photos, 50 MB of storage, parties of up to 6 per reply, no reminder emails, 1 revision, online through 30 days after the event date.
• **Plus — $119 USD:** up to 300 guests, up to 120 households with their own RSVP links, up to 20 photos, 150 MB of storage, parties of up to 8 per reply, up to 1 reminder email, 3 revisions, online through 60 days after the event date.
• **Premium — $179 USD:** up to 400 guests, up to 160 households with their own RSVP links, up to 40 photos, 400 MB of storage, parties of up to 10 per reply, up to 4 reminder emails, 4 revisions, online through 120 days after the event date.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate event details, and check the date, times, addresses and names before you approve the invitation. A detail you approved is corrected with a revision.
• Write your custom text in each language you want shown. We do not translate your text; the fixed labels (buttons, headings, dates and the RSVP form) switch between English and Spanish automatically.
• Upload only photos you have the right to use, as described in the Photo and Consent Warranty.
• Share the invitation link only with your guests, and keep the organizer link private: anyone with it can see your RSVP dashboard.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, hateful or harassing content, or to collect guest information for marketing.

5. Build time

Our current estimates are about 3 business days for Essential, 4 for Plus and 5 for Premium after you submit complete event details. These are planning estimates, not delivery commitments. We deliver the invitation link and a private organizer link to the purchaser's email address.

6. Revisions

A revision is one round of changes you request after reviewing your invitation (text, photos, theme, event details or, with Premium, the music track). Essential includes 1, Plus 3 and Premium 4. Correcting a mistake we made does not use a revision. Unused revisions end when hosting ends.

7. Music (Premium)

Premium includes one track from our original music library. You receive a limited, non-transferable permission for that track to play on your invitation, save-the-date and thank-you pages while they are hosted. The track is streamed in the page with tap-to-play and a visible mute control, never plays automatically with sound, and has no download control. You may not extract, redistribute or use the track separately. We do not add commercial songs or audio you supply.

8. Hosting and expiry

Your invitation stays online through 30 days (Essential), 60 days (Plus) or 120 days (Premium) after the event date, counted from the event date no matter when you publish. After that the pages go offline and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Notice. We work to keep invitations available but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

9. RSVPs

RSVPs close at the RSVP deadline or when the package's guest limit is reached. Headcounts reflect the replies guests submit; we are not responsible for guests who do not reply or reply inaccurately.

10. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by [OWNER DECISION REQUIRED: payment processor]; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

11. Credit line

Every invitation shows a small "made with Invitani" credit line. Premium lets you hide it.

12. Ownership

Our designs, templates, music and software remain ours; you may use your invitation for your event. Your text and photos remain yours; you allow us to store them and show them to people who have your invitation link, only to provide the service during the hosting period.

13. Suspension

We may take down an invitation that breaks these terms or is used to harass others. Any refund follows the Refund Policy.
